All Sales Are Final but I do offer a 5 year warranty guarantee on all items where as the defect is an error on my part. Return shipping will be at customer's expense.

Custom Order Policy:

If customer decides to cancel custom order once the order production has begun half of the balance will be deducted to cover material and labor. Turn around time on custom orders is 10-15 business days as these are handcrafted items. On larger orders a turnaround time will be given accordingly.
